AFTER-SALES SERVICE

INF Ehitus offers high quality after-sales service. If you notice any defects in a building built by us, please fill in the form below with a detailed description and the necessary supporting documents. We will respond as soon as possible and find a solution.

The defect to be considered as a warranty must occur during the warranty period. If it is not possible to identify the exact nature of the deficiency, please first inform the housing association or the manager in order to find out the exact nature of the deficiency.

In the event of an emergency, please contact the housing association or the manager.

We ask that you submit each warranty claim separately, together with photos or explanatory files.

It is only after a deficiency has been submitted that the possibility to submit a subsequent deficiency opens.

Warranty defects do not cover situations where:

  • the building was used in an inappropriate or reckless way;
  • the building has not been maintained in the required way or has been damaged during maintenance, either to the dwelling or to the adjoining property;
  • the building has moisture or water damage due to use or neglect;
  • mechanical damage or natural wear and tear;
  • the case concerns maintenance or administration;
  • taking into account normal wear and tear and depreciation, the appearance of the building has changed visually, but there are no obstacles to its use and the condition of the apartment has not deteriorated from its original state;
  • protection devices and systems (pumps, heating cables, fire safety devices, etc.) are switched off or prevented from operating, as a result of which the damage could have been prevented or avoided;
  • proposals to change the setting/temperature of the systems, maintenance, cleaning or replacement of light sources.
